德国技术合作公司中国风电项目急聘一名PHP程序设计人员（同时能使用PHP进行网页制作）

德国技术合作公司(GTZ)是一个在全世界范围内致力可持续发展、进行国际合作的联邦政府企业。

德国经济合作与发展部(BMZ)是公司的主要委托人。同时，GTZ与其它德国政府部门和国际组织如欧盟、联合国、世界银行和亚洲开发银行的合作也在日益加强。此外GTZ还接受其它国家政府以及企业界的委托开展业务。

德国技术合作公司在中国开展工作已有25年的历史。公司与中华人民共和国商务部(MOFCOM)密切合作。目前正在执行中的中国风电项目现在急需招聘一名PHP程序设计人员，具体要求如下：

China Wind Power Project is looking for a PHP webdevelopper with experience in interactive CMS-Website Development (references).
Our Project wants to develop a Chinese/English PHP-MySQL website with webservices for the chinese windpower sector.
This should be realized by means of a Content Management System - CMS

Document Management with download/upload (maybe also a sort of Groupware)
Windmap (link from address in database to Googlemap Sattelite Image)
Online Training courses (used to recycle the training materials we already have prepared + for developemnt of new courses)

From the functions we believe that this could be realized by a combination of MOODLE and eGroupware or similar scripts like
DRUPAL, JOOMLA/MAMBO maybe XOOPS, XARAYA...

MOODLE seems to be especially well suited but we are open to suggestions.

The candidate we are looking for should be able to follow discussions in English (or German) and be able to speak English at a Basic level (don't be shy).
What is more important than good English is to find a person with alround good WEB-konwledge especially PHP and who is enthusiastic about contributing to a project which aims to support the development of environmentally sound electricity generation without CO2 pollution by developing a comprehensive WINDPOWER Information and Learning Platform.
She/He will work in a team of local and international people who would collect / enter the data and adapt our materials to the web-requirements. This is not a job for a 100% computer-nerd but we are also looking for new ideas and creative contributions beyond the actual website-development. The job on offer is initially for 6 months but depending on the outcome of the interview we may offer a 12 months contract. Also welcome graduates apply this position.
